Delivery Zones

Setting Up Delivery

If you offer delivery, configure your delivery zones per restaurant:

1. Go to Delivery Zones in the dashboard sidebar.
2. Click Add Zone.
3. For each zone, enter:
   • Suburb name
   • Postcode
   • Delivery fee — The amount charged for delivery to this area.

If no delivery zones are configured, your store operates as pickup only.

Minimum Delivery Amount

Set a minimum order amount for delivery in your restaurant settings. If a customer's cart subtotal is below this amount, they won't be able to choose delivery at checkout.

How It Works for Customers

At checkout, if the customer selects delivery:

1. They enter their delivery details (name, address, phone).
2. They select their suburb from your configured zones.
3. The delivery fee for that suburb is automatically added to the order total.
4. The minimum delivery amount is enforced — if the subtotal is too low, the customer is notified.
