Opening Hours
Weekly Hours
Configure your regular operating hours per day. Each day supports morning and afternoon slots (e.g., 11:00–14:30 and 17:00–21:00).
- Go to Opening Hours in the dashboard sidebar.
- For each day of the week, set your open and close times for each slot.
- Leave a day blank to mark it as closed.
Your storefront uses these hours to determine open/closed status. When your restaurant is closed:
- The menu is still visible to customers.
- Ordering is disabled with a "currently closed" message.
Holiday & Override Hours
Set special hours for specific dates (e.g., closed on Christmas, early close on New Year's Eve):
- Go to Opening Hours > Overrides.
- Select a date.
- Set custom hours for that date, or mark it as fully closed.
Overrides always take precedence over your regular weekly hours.
Pause Orders
Independently of your hours, you can temporarily stop accepting orders:
- Toggle Pause Orders from the dashboard.
- When paused, customers see "temporarily not accepting orders" regardless of your configured hours.
- Useful for unexpected closures, kitchen overload, or short breaks.
